Creator account limit
TikTok gives a maximum video duration for each creator account. This value can be lower than 10 minutes. OpenPMM reads the value from TikTok before publication and applies it. If TikTok does not give the value, OpenPMM keeps the other checks and reports the missing value in the response. TikTok can then still refuse a video that is too long for the account.Video cover
videoCoverTimestampMs selects the cover frame. The value must be 0 or more, and it must not be more than the duration of the video.
