OpenPMM sends your feedback to the product team. The email includes context that helps the team investigate the report. The context includes your Account email and the active Workspace details. A browser submission also includes the current path, locale, time zone, viewport, and user agent. OpenPMM uses your Account email as the reply-to address. The product team can reply to the email to contact you.

Use the dashboard

  1. Select Feedback above Sign out in the sidebar.
  2. Enter your feedback in the text field.
  3. Select Submit Feedback.
OpenPMM shows Feedback sent after it sends the email. Select Cancel to close the dialog without a submission.

Use the public API

Send a POST request to the Workspace feedback endpoint. The API credential requires the feedback:write scope.
The API uses the Account email of the API credential creator as the reply-to address. The API returns a feedback receipt after it submits the email. Use the same idempotency key when you retry the same request within 23 hours. After that time, an unknown email outcome stays unknown so OpenPMM cannot send a duplicate. Use a new key when the message or Workspace changes.

Use the CLI

The CLI creates an idempotency key. You can pass --idempotency-key <key> when you must retry the same request within 23 hours.
