Reply, resolve, and refresh commands require inbox:write.

Use --channel, --destination, --thread, --since, and --until to filter the list.
Use --sort unanswered_first, --sort newest, or --sort oldest.List the posts that have comments:

Each Destination accepts one check every 2 minutes.
A Destination that you checked recently returns cooldown.
